Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Is incorrect (wrong item received)

πŸ“Ή Important: An unboxing video proof is mandatory to process any return or replacement request. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue visible in the product.

  • Order number
  • Clear photos
  • Unboxing video proof

Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests without unboxing video proof
  • Change of mind after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchanges
